No… sorry there really bad. I get a movie in half an hour and my Internets bad for the area…

They are pretty bad actually. Speed tests are terribly inaccurate though so even if you get really good results I wouldn’t believe it.

Not at all. They are actually pretty bad results. You must have a 500 k/b connection. Maybe even slower than that. If you want them to be high, try buying a better speed from your ISP. 1.5 mbps is a pretty standard speed and it is noticeably fast.
