@missdiva786 Okay, you guys did produce Marshall, Garner, Holding, Ambrose and Walsh but is there any in the current era?
At least Pak are still dishing out quality bowlers like Gul, Amir, Asif and now Riaz seems like a good find.
But I agree Windies do have the edge atm due to those past greats!

@TheFreeForever i am not hindu i am westindian and forget to include paskistan.and paskistan does not pruduce the greatest bowlers that would be the westindies . tell me how legendary bowler have the paks produce.only few.while the westindies have produce the most.we have more bowler during the 80s than pak have throughout there hold history..

@missdiva786 Yeah, great going for leaving out Pak who are the third most successful team of all time, have produced the best bowlers of all time and has the second largest fan base in cricket!
But I forgot that your a hindu and will never ever agree to that statement.

p.s. I have an Indian friend who is a Muslim and supports Pak

More people will watch the IPL final than the Football world cup final.
China (the largest population in the world) is subsidizing West Indies cricket (it paid for several grounds) Yes politics were involved (nato votes etc) but they are comitted to being a cricket force by 2025.
Then cricket will utterly dwarf all other sports worldwide

cricket is the second most popular. An estimated 3 billion people watch or play cricket each year.
largely due to india though.

cricket has a large following but that is because of india! the amount of people is similar to basketball but the amount of countries is no where near as high
