@rockyPants4000 safely to the other side of the wicket without the fielder hitting it with the ball. every time this is done, that’s one run. they alternate between the two wickets.
Strikes: there are none
Balls: Each bowler bowls 6 balls at a time, this is called an “over”. u’ll learn all that stuff from constantly watching. not important really
Outs: Generally happen when the bowler successfully hits the stumps with the ball while bowling, or the batsman gets caught….

@rockyPants4000 the boundary, that’s 4 runs, the umpire will indicate by making a movement with one hand similar to wiping a table. if the ball goes directly over the boundary, without bouncing, that’s 6 runs. the umpire will indicate by sticking both hands in the air similar to the symbol of a field goal in american football. once the ball is bowled, the batsman can hit the ball and run, from his side to the next, making sure he makes it safely before the opposing team is able to return

@rockyPants4000 i’ll break down ur questions for you bro if u havn’t researched it yet. the wicket= the three pieces of wood stuck in the ground on both sides along with the two small pieces or wood that lay on top of them. the three pieces stuck into the ground are called “stumps”, the 2 pieces on the top are called “bails”
scoring runs: at the edge of the field there is usually a rope or some type of line indicating where the boundary is.if the batsman hits the ball and it makes its way to

@daddty555 Yes, one mistake & you’re out.
But if you’re good enough, you can make the bowlers really pissed off, by scoring heaps of runs.
Out first ball, is called a Duck.
You’re out if, the ball hits the wickets, or, you’re caught on the full off the bat, or, ‘Leg Before Wicket’, which is sort of like a strike in Baseball. (The umpire makes this decision.)
