Also Pakistan won the 20/20 world cup and were in the finals of the 20/20 in 2007. So isn’t politics being played in IPL?

Purely gutless reasons and Albert go ahead mate kick out the Aussies. Then nobody will want to watch your crap tournament. When comes the day that only Indians play this will be the day that only a handful of Indians will watch. Look outside your Indian fish bowl and realise you guys need the rest of the world.

I think politics should be kicked out from cricket .ICC should step forward and take control over IPL auction .Nobody has the permit to use cricket in their own way or own purpose. Cricket is above racism ,above politics

Pakistan is the world’s best in 20/20, simply said. to exclude them, franchisee or whatever reason is nonsense and nobody will accept that reasoning.
Pakistan has always been better team than India in 20/20 and 50 overs. They have won far more times than India did while playing each other and they won the last ODI against India too. They don’t play much against each other too, that game was well after 1 year.
Lets keep cricket politics free.

Dont really know but maybe franchises know that either the Pak or Indian government could ban them from playing in the IPL. That would be a waste of money for the franchises.

I completely disagree with your points. I probably believe that Pakistani players were also awake of the condition and few of them had even started exploring the likelihood of playing for English county teams. Banning Pakistani players from IPL was because nothing hard has been done yet by Pakistani Government. The players are not terrorists, but they’ll earn Indian money,. So, a big NO from my side.
